Get ready to clear out your clutter, find new homes for your treasures, and join in on one of Belchertown’s favorite community events. The 2nd Annual Belchertown Community Yard Sale is happening Friday, August 8th through Sunday, August 10th, with rain dates scheduled for August 15th–17th.
Whether you're selling from your driveway or setting up shop at our brand-new central location, this is your chance to be part of something special!
Selling from Home?
Take advantage of Early Bird Registration, just $25 to have your address included on our official event map and promotional materials. Sign up by July 1, 2025, to lock in this rate! Payments can be made via Venmo or by check (made out to Belchertown Community Yard Sale). After July 1, standard rates will apply, so don’t wait!
New for 2025 – Sell at the Town Fields!
No ideal yard? No problem! For the first time ever, we're offering Belchertown residents the opportunity to sell at a central location—the Town Fields next to the Belchertown Senior Center. Reserve a 12' x 12' space for just $50 and set up your sale alongside neighbors and friends. Sellers can choose any 2 consecutive days (Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday). Please note that single-day sales are not available at this location. Payment can be made by Venmo or check, just like home registrations.
All sign-up fees are non-refundable, so be sure to plan accordingly—rain dates are in place just in case!
Prefer to register in person? We’ve got you covered. In-person sign-ups will be available at the Belchertown Senior Center—dates to be announced soon.
